A massive group of bikers gathered together to pray for President Donald Trump and Melania as they battle COVID-19. A location for the prayer gathering wasn’t listed. But the Twitter user appears to have captured the video outside of Walter Reed hospital. Trump has been at the hospital since Oct. 2 where doctors are treating him.

In the video, a group of huddled bikers knelt on the ground in prayer.

Jake Schneider is the deputy director of Rapid Response for Trump’s reelection campaign. He posted the video to Twitter, writing, “Wow! Check out this huge group of bikers gathered to pray for President Donald Trump and the First Lady. The country is behind you, Mr. President!”

According to Schneider, there have been “massive, spontaneous gatherings across the country today. As Americans pray for our President and First Lady. God bless President Trump and God bless America.”

Schneider also shared a scene of Trump supporters all gathered together and waving signs in support of the president. He wrote, “A MASSIVE crowd sending “get well soon!” wishes.”

President Trump greeted supporters outside of the hospital.

On Sunday (Oct. 4), the president ventured outside Walter Reed to greet nearby supporters. He rode in the presidential motorcade around the perimeter of the hospital. Through the window of an SUV, a masked Trump waved to supporters, according to NBC.

“It has been a very interesting journey. I’ve learned a lot about Covid,” Trump said in a video posted via Twitter. The president said his first-hand experience has affected his outlook on the virus. He also announced he would “pay a little surprise to some of the great patriots that we have out on the street.”

Several doctors condemned Trump’s visit with supporters as irresponsible. Dr. James Phillips voiced his criticism via Twitter. Phillips works as an attending doctor at the hospital.

He wrote, “Every single person in the vehicle during that completely unnecessary Presidential “drive-by” just now has to be quarantined for 14 days. They might get sick. They may die. For political theater. Commanded by Trump to put their lives at risk for theater. This is insanity.”
