Actor Steve Martin takes to Twitter to debut his new Halloween costume that shows a bug in his hair, referencing Vice President Mike Pence’s fly that landed on his head during the VP debate.Β 

The 75-year-old actor smiles into the camera while wearing a blue button-up shirt and tortoiseshell pattern glasses. Making itself at home in his white hair is what looks to be a ladybug.

The fly from the debate has gone viral, with many accounts being made in its honor. It stole the show being the most talked about thing on social media coming from the debate. The Vice President was unaware the whole time of the insect that stood out against his snow-white hair. According to the New York Times, a reporter from California timed how long the famous bug was on screen at two minutes and three seconds.Β 

Former Vice President and current democratic nominee also posted a photo joking about the fly.
