Food Stamps in Different States

It will provide a pre-loaded card that will let them buy the groceries that are vital to survival, such as vegetables, fruit, dairy, and meat.

According to The Sun, there is a specific outline for each of these states as to when you can apply and receive funding. California will have benefits available for the first 10 days of each month. This will be based on the last digit of the client’s case number. Connecticut benefits are available over the course of 22 days and begin the second day of every month.

For those in Illinois, benefits are made available between the first and 10th of each month. In Maine, these benefits stretch from the 10th to the 14th each month. If you’re a resident of Minnesota these benefits will go from the fourth to the 13th. It’s going to be based on the last digit of the client’s case number.

Lastly, those in Washington will get access to those benefits from the first to the 20th of each month.
