Jon Pardi has an interesting way to do just about everything. It’s likely why CMT gave the country music star his own show. Called “Pardi Time” the show focuses on Pardi, his fiancee, Summer, and their many animals, and their lives under quarantine. It’s a little stir crazy, funny, interesting and, at times, strange. He even answers the viewer’s love life questions in a segment titled “Dear Jon.”
In the first episode of the show, Pardi decides to put on his chef hat and become Chef Boy O’ Pardi — his words not ours — to whip up some “Pardi Snack” burritos. The snack is made by putting chicken breasts in a beer marinade, mild taco sauce, with taco seasoning and ranch dressing. And mixing it all together in a pressure cooker.
Pardi Time promises to be a fun look into Pardi’s life on a farm during the pandemic. His unique outlook and attitude help make the show interesting and watchable.
Fans seemed to really enjoy the first episode.
“Loved it! Can’t wait for the next episode and the next one… and the next one…. 🤩,” one comment said. “PLEASE tell me there is more?!?!” someone else asked.
“Love this Jon. you and Summer are naturals. can’t wait for the next episode going to make that chicken recipe but in a crockpot. looks so yummy. thank you for sharing your life with us,” someone else posted.
Pardi posted a trailer of the show on his Instagram for his 550,000-plus followers to see what may be coming up in the future of the series.
Jon Pardi not only country star teaching lesson
More country music stars are passing their time off from touring. Luke Combs has a prodigious ability to suck down an entire can of beer in under three seconds. He recently gave a masterclass on the inner workings of how he shotguns a beer.
