Watch Barack Obama Drain Shot From 3-Point Line: ‘That’s What I Do’

Former President Barack Obama showed he still has a three-point shot, swishing a corner three during a campaign stop with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

At a gym in Flint, Michigan, the former president found himself with a basketball in his hands as he was getting ready to leave. He took one dribble and then let a 3-point shot fly from the corner.

Swish.

“That’s what I do,” Obama yells after drilling the three. He then lowers his “VOTE” mask and yells again, “That’s what I do!”

Olivia Raisner, the Biden campaign’s traveling digital director, sent out the video in a tweet on Saturday.

According to a tweet from Obama communications director Katie Hill, Obama and his former vice president were using the gym of Flint’s Northwestern High School as a backstage for their Flint event. The event also featured speeches by U.S. Senators Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters. In addition, a performance by Stevie Wonder was held at the gym as well.

“Backstage in Flint — reunited, and it feels so good. @BarackObama @JoeBiden,” Hill wrote on Twitter.

Further, former professional basketball player and popular Twitter personality Rex Chapman posted the video along with a Biden endorsement.

“It’s a walk off. Barack called game. ‘That’s what I do.’ 44, y’all. Vote Biden/Harris.”

Twitter Reacts to Barack Obama Hitting 3-Pointer

The video made its rounds on Twitter on Saturday and has already garnered over 17 million views.

In light of the video, NBC LA reporter Randy Mac saw the video and says he looks forward to seeing conservatives critique Obama’s actions.

“I cannot wait for the conservative critique of the lefty Jump shot from the short corner! Walk off and Mask drop!”

Additionally, NBA superstar Lebron James commented on Obama hitting the shot.

Now you just showing out now my friend!! That’s what you do huh?? Ok ok I see. All cash!” James tweeted.

Meanwhile, American actor Breckin Meyer chimed in his thoughts on the video.

“Just like 2016, he left on a make and now Trump’s gonna blow the lead…for America.” Meyer said.

However, not everyone was as impressed with Obama.

“Flint still needs clean water. Obama turned his back on that town for a publicity stunt. But yeah… jump shots n s—,” a user wrote on Twitter.

Obama has regularly played basketball during his career as a politician. That includes his time as a United States senator, where he hit a three in front of troops in Kuwait. Obama was also known to play basketball during his time in the White House.
