We are still a couple of months away from the return of our favorite modern western drama “Yellowstone” returning to our television sets.
“Yellowstone” fans have found all sorts of ways to pass the time until their favorite show is back. Many fans of the hit Paramount Network series have taken to the internet to indulge in “Yellowstone” discussion. Others are using the time to check shows and films from the show’s actors, like Kevin Costner and Cole Hauser. Some die-hard fans have gone back and rewatched previous seasons several times over. Most watchers agree that there is no better way to pass the time till “Yellowstone” returns than watching “Yellowstone” episodes. Fans often share their theories with other fans after rewatching the first three seasons. They hunt for clues and analyze every little detail of each scene hoping for a hint on where the show is heading in season four.
Now, the Paramount Network will give fans a chance to watch every single episode once more. The network plans on running a Labor Marathon that will air each and every “Yellowstone” episode in succession. That is more than 30 hours worth of modern western and cowboy culture goodness. “Yellowstone” sent out a “hype” video for the marathon on Tuesday full of clips from the first three seasons.
“Watch all three seasons one last time before the season four premiere,” the Instagram post says. “The workin’ the ‘Yellowstone’ Labor Day marathon starts Saturday at noon ET, only on the Paramount Network.”
As you would expect, fans of the show were elated to get another chance to watch previous seasons before season four arrives.
“How exciting!” a fan writes in reply. “I have all 3 seasons DVR’d and I have watched them several times. Might try to watch again since this is my favorite!”
“I can quote every line from ‘Yellowstone’ since I have seen it so many times,” another fan writes. “It is my all-time favorite show and I can’t wait for the new season to get here. Hurry up November.”
The fourth season of “Yellowstone” will premiere on November 7 and it also has many questions to answer. Chief among these questions is the status of the four main characters that could be dead or alive heading into the new season.
The lives of John, Kayce and Beth Dutton hang in the balance after the events of the third season finale. “Yellowstone” ranch hand Jimmy’s status is also up in the air after falling off of a bucking horse.
Once the show establishes who is dead and who is alive, it will likely move to the season’s next biggest question. That question will be figuring out just who is behind the attacks on the Dutton family.
