‘Yellowstone’ Drops a Bad Omen on Fans With New Monica Dutton Teaser

The ever-growing excitement continues for a brand new season of “Yellowstone” continues with just two weeks left.

The wait for season four has been long and difficult, but almost every “Yellowstone” fan believes it will be well worth it. We have been waiting for a new season ever since the third season ended on the cliffhanger of all cliffhangers. The show did a terrific job of building up suspense and kept it going into the offseason. “Yellowstone” has dropped numerous hints on its social media pages, including several teaser trailers.

It is hard to predict what may happen in season four based on these trailers. But, there is plenty of season four footage to be found in these recently released trailers. It isn’t enough to put the puzzle together just yet, but some of the pieces are starting to come together.

“Yellowstone” put out its most recent season four promotion today (Sunday) and it features an underrated character. Monica Dutton is the wife of Kayce Dutton and the mother of Tate Dutton. She is also very prideful of her Native American Heritage and fellowship with the Broken Rock Tribe. With one of Monica’s most ominous lines serving as the backdrop, the social media post looks like something out of a horror movie. The “Yellowstone” social media spot also teases that the new season will be here in two weeks.

“Two more weeks,” the social media post proclaims. “Let’s go to work.

This promo should send a little chill down the spines of “Yellowstone” fans as we see Monica Dutton in a spooky black and white photo. Perhaps the post is in homage to the upcoming Halloween date. Either way — it’s certainly grabbed my attention.

‘Yellowstone’ Teases Return With Monica Dutton Line

Actress Kelsey Asbille handles the role of Monica Dutton and gives the character plenty of layers. The Hollywood veteran plays Monica as faithful wife to Kayce and a fierce mother to Tate.

Ever since the family moved onto the “Yellowstone” Ranch, Monica has been reserved in her role and mother and wife. She wasn’t exactly keen on the move into her father-in-law’s cabin but she went along for the sake of her son and husband.

“I told you this place was evil,” she says in the post.

Also, notice the crow sweeping in at the bottom of the short video. Could this be a clue that Monica’s stay on “Yellowstone” is coming to an end?

From previous season four trailers, we know Monica is at the ranch when the supposed attack is upon it. In one of the trailers, she turns to “Yellowstone” ranch hand Lloyd for answers. Lloyd responds by telling her to seek cover in the bunkhouse.

It is fair to wonder if Monica is a part of the long-term “Yellowstone” plan. We’ll find out on November 7.
