A brand new episode of “Yellowstone” is just a day away as the fourth episode of the fourth season will premiere tomorrow (Sunday) night.
The fourth season of “Yellowstone” has not been a disappointment to “Yellowstone” fans. Only three episodes into the fourth season and we already have answers to some of our most pressing questions. We know the Dutton survived the multi-prong ambush on their lives. We know that Jimmy is still alive but will no longer be with his “Yellowstone” bunkhouse mates. He is off to the Four Sixes Ranch in Texas to learn how to be a man. We also know that Jamie Dutton and his biological father, Garrett Randall continue to grow closer. This storyline appears to be front and center in the brand new episode due out tomorrow.
A sneak peek for the fourth “Yellowstone” episode recently dropped and it has fans buzzing. The scene shows Jamie Dutton and Garrett Randall having a tender father and son moment together. It appears from the clip that they have patched things up and will move forward into the future together.
The scene opens with Jamie admiring the property that he has just purchased for him and his father.
“I’m 41-years-old and this is the first thing I ever owned,” Jamie says to his father. “I own it.”
Randall says he will try and wrangle up some supper while Jamie is off to a meeting. Jamie thanks him for all that he has done since they first met.
“That is not what I was thanking you for,” Jamie says.
“You did this all on your own,” Randall replies.
The men become emotional.
“You gave me the strength to do this,” Jamie says.
“You always had the strength, son,’ Randall replies. “I just helped you find it.”
‘Yellowstone’ New Episode Will Focus on Father and Son
“Yellowstone” fans were shocked last season when we learned of Jamie Dutton’s history. After requesting a copy of his birth certificate, Jamie learns that he was adopted by the Dutton family when he was just an infant. Curious and angry, he tracks down his biological father. To the surprise of many, Jamie and Garrett bond together rather quickly.
Randall even offers some advice to his son in dealing with his adoptive family, the Duttons. He tells Jamie that the only way to take down an empire is to “kill the king.”
Pretty much everyone believes Randall is telling Jamie to kill John Dutton and take over “Yellowstone” Ranch. That may or may not come to fruition as the fourth season rolls along. It does, however, seem as if Garrett Randall might be up to no good. Many “Yellowstone” fans believe he is the person behind the attacks on the Duttons.
The fourth episode of season four will premiere tomorrow (Sunday) at 9 p.m. ET.
