Yellowstone‘s Season 4 is likely six months away, but fans certainly want it to come sooner than that. When the third season concluded, the show had some major twists to work out. Some people even feared that it would be the end of the show.

John Dutton was shot, however, fans are expecting his return as he is cast in Season 4. But, the show leaves Rip Wheeler to clean up all the damage done from Season 3.

Rip Wheeler is the most prominent ranch hand for the Yellowstone brand. Despite his hardened cowboy exterior, fans see that Rip often wears his heart on his sleeve. Most are expecting that he will go hunting for his employers’ unknown attackers.

However, tracking down the likely suspects behind the attack will not be an easy task for Rip Wheeler. He will certainly need all the help he can get.

There is a recent theory circulating that Rip Wheeler and Mo will team up to find the attackers. Mo is the driver and bodyguard of Thomas Rainwater, the Broken Rock leader.

Fans are diligently wading through numerous theories about where this coming season is heading. But, both characters are shaping up to be the stars of Season 4. While Mo has spent the length of the series on the outskirts of the main characters, he seems like a fitting addition.

Rip will undoubtedly be at the center of the show for the first few episodes, if not the entirety of Season 4. Mo’s character has been developing into more of a presence, helping his boss get his heritage back.

So it stands to reason that these two characters might team up for revenge of sorts. Rip and Mo have had moments throughout Yellowstone‘s seasons. Both are powerhouse people and could certainly do damage together.

Mo and Rip share a lot of common traits. Some fans suggest that if the two join together, they will find more in common and be able to work well together. Both are loyal and crafty, using all the resources at hand to problem solve anything. Moreover, each of them has a take no prisoners mentality when dealing with their enemies, as we’ve seen.

Mo seems like the native version of Rip in Yellowstone. So, could Mo and Rip team up and become allies for future seasons? Only time will tell, but it is certainly an interesting theory.
