Today is a great day to be a fan of the popular television series “Yellowstone.” The trailer for the show’s fourth season has just dropped! It was officially released on June 30.

Judging by the 1-minute long trailer, the fourth season of the Kevin Costner-led series promises to have as much drama, twists, turns, controversies, as its previous three seasons. The trailer shows scenes from those previous seasons, as well as offering a voiceover from Costner’s character, John Dutton.

“You can’t reason with evil, son,” John says. “It won’t stop until it’s won, or you kill it. But to kill it is to be meaner than evil.”

Through bold text that pops on the screen between clips, the trailer also promises that “Revenge is worth the wait.” If that promise doesn’t have you excited to see how things playout for the Dutton family, maybe nothing will.

“Yellowstone” airs on the Paramount Network. As to when the first episode of the fourth season will air, an exact date has yet to be announced. However, the information accompanying the trailer promises that the show will make its long-awaited return around November of 2021.

The last new episode of “Yellowstone” came out in August 2020. So, fans of the series will have waited more than a year to get back to the Dutton family’s ranch in Montana when the first episode of the new season hits their television screens. Judging by the trailer, the wait will have been worth it.

Fourth Season of ‘Yellowstone’ Will Address Drama, Violence That Took Place at the End of the Show’s Third Season

(SPOILER ALERT: The following contains information about the end of the third season of the show.) The end of the third season of “Yellowstone” saw Kevin Costner’s character John Dutton and his family in very precarious positions.

John Dutton was shot by some unknown assailants on the side of the road. Luckily, his mobile phone was in just the right place to help save him. His daughter, Beth Dutton, who is played by Kelly Reilly, was in her office when it was bombed. Also, John’s son, Kayce Dutton, who is played by Luke Grimes, was in a gunfight with other assailants.

Who is behind these attacks on the Dutton family is a major mystery going into the new season. There are several possible culprits.

Fans will just have to tune in to the new season of “Yellowstone” to find out. Could it have been John Dutton’s adopted son, Jamie Dutton, who is played by Wes Bentley? Or was it someone else, maybe Thomas Rainwater? Or could it be the new enemies in town, Roarke Morris and Willa Hayes from Market Equities?

Fans will just have to wait and see how all this plays out with the fourth season of “Yellowstone” debuts later this year.
