As Yellowstone Ranch Foreman and all-around tough guy Rip Wheeler, Cole Hauser is quickly becoming a household name. But to his children, he is just Dad.
Hauser has been with the Yellowstone crew since day one and has been in almost every episode to date. To transform into the terrifying force of nature that is Rip Wheeler, Hauser bulked up, grew a beard, and learned how to cowboy. The former “Dazed and Confused” actor really shines as Rip and has won over most of the diehard Yellowstone fanatics.
Off of the Yellowstone set, Hauser has a young and growing family he loves spending time with. He often takes to social media to share photos of the family’s adventures. Some of the Hauser family’s recent activities include skiing and hiking, which Cole was proud to share with the world. He and his wife of 15 years, Cynthia, have three children — two boys and one girl. Hauser took to social media on Tuesday morning to share a special moment with his youngest son, Colt. It appears Colt is taking flying lessons and he seems right at home in the pilot’s seat.
“Colt flying the friendly skies of us,” the Yellowstone actor says in the post’s caption. “Love watching my boy grow.”
Yellowstone Fans Eager for More Rip Wheeler
The photo shows young Colt piloting the plane in perfect form. Hauser’s social media post took in well over 15,000 “likes” and hundreds of comments in under two hours of going live. Many Yellowstone fans chime in to say they can’t wait to see Rip back in action on Yellowstone Ranch. Others congratulate Hauser on a beautiful and talented family.
For instance, one user wrote, “Awww proud Daddy,” and meanwhile, another commented, “Wow that’s so cool!!!” There was plenty of heart emojis to go around.
Yellowstone fans are indeed waiting on the edges of their seats for the new season of their favorite show. They are also excited to see what season four holds for fan-favorite Rip Wheeler. With the events of the previous season finale, it is likely we will get vintage Rip as he will seek out whoever attacks the Dutton family. We wouldn’t want to be in the shoes of the attackers once the cowboy in black finds out the truth.
The fourth season of Yellowstone will debut this summer, likely in the month of June.
