Forrie J. Smith may play a ranch hand on “Yellowstone” as an actor, but he loves the cowboy life and even running his own ranch.

Smith, who plays Lloyd Pierce on the Paramount Network hit show, shows off the new tracker with one of his own ranch hands.

He posted this fun picture on his Instagram earlier this week. Take a look at what the “Yellowstone” star will have to help him in his work.

While Smith posts pictures from his own ranch, he’s been busy working on “Yellowstone” and the show’s fourth-season episodes.

Lloyd works on the Dutton ranch as Kevin Costner plays John Dutton, who oversees it on a regular basis. The Paramount Network show is gearing up for its season premiere on Sunday, Nov. 7.

“1883” offers a look back at James and Margaret Dutton, who established the Dutton ranch, make their journey out west. Country music superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill co-star as the Duttons.

They are on the show with actor Sam Elliott, who will play a guide that leads them across the Great Plains and toward the west.
