Taking to social media, the 40-year-old crooner gave fans a rendition of The Eagles’ classic hit, “Desperado.” And, it will give you chills. Bingham performs the song beautifully as he sits in front of a fireplace and plays the guitar. It’s a simple and straightforward cover that Don Henley and Glenn Frey would enjoy.

Speaking of those former The Eagles bandmates, the “Yellowstone” star references both of them in the caption he shared along with his video performance. The caption also gave his followers some information about his personal history with the beloved song.

According to Song Facts, after the track was completed by Glenn Frey and Don Henley, it was recorded by The Eagles for their second album. Soon after, Linda Ronstadt also recorded the song. Her version appeared on her “Don’t Cry Now” album that came out in 1973.

Interestingly, Henley and Frey had a history with Ronstadt. They were part of her band in 1971 and in 1972 when she released her self-titled album. Henley and Frey joined forces to form The Eagles around this time. They did so with support from Ronstadt. Joining The Eagles were also Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner.
