Due to the success of hit television show “Yellowstone,” Cole Hauser is currently one of the biggest names in Hollywood.
On the hit Paramount Network series Hauser plays rough and tough cowboy Rip Wheeler. The fan-favorite Wheeler is a ranch hand on Yellowstone Ranch but his role goes much further than that. Wheeler also acts as muscle for the powerful Montana ranching family, the Duttons. Rip is fiercely loyal to the family and especially ranch owner John Dutton, played by Kevin Costner. He has shown a willingness to get his hands dirty when the situation calls for it, often doing away with Dutton enemies. He is also a mentor to other Yellowstone ranch hands.
Hauser isn’t the only actor in his family to find on-screen success. His sister-in-law, Brittany Daniel, is also a successful actress with numerous credits to her name. Daniel is most noted for her television roles in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and “Dawson’s Creek.” She also plays Jessica Wakefield in 1990’s hit teen drama show “Sweet Valley High.”
Hauser, who has been with Yellowstone since season one, is married to Daniel’s twin sister Cynthia. The two have been married since 2006 and have three children together. Cynthia is a photographer and former actress who worked on a few of the same shows as her sister did. The Daniel sisters recently posed for a picture together that Brittany posted to her social media page.
“Missing my sissy Cynthia Hauser today!” she in the posts caption space. “Love you sis!”
With a new season of Yellowstone just around the corner, fans of the show are wondering what is next for Rip. Season three ended on a sour note with John, Beth and Kayce under attack from an unknown ambusher. Their fates are currently unknown but one must think that Rip will be on the warpath once he discovers who attempted to kill the family he loves.
Season three saw Rip expose his softer side to the delight of Yellowstone fans. After failing to muster the courage to ask John for Beth’s hand in marriage, it is Beth who instead proposes marriage to him. We also see him have candid conversations with his friend Lloyd, who he asks to be his best man. He also speaks to his dead mother, who he has exhumed to take her wedding ring to give to Beth.
Yellowstone fans certainly hope the is more Rip Wheeler is store for the new season.
