Nic Sheridan enjoys sharing her and Taylor’s latest adventures with “Yellowstone” fans via social media. From aboard a boat, Nic snapped a few photos from her Sunday afternoon leisure activity and took them to Instagram. She certainly appears to be enjoying the water and beautiful weather, throwing up the hand signal for rocking out. She is also wearing a very interesting hat on the boat excursion that pays homage to one of the greatest country music acts of all time. The yellow trucker-style hate has “Dolly Parton” emblazed along the top front side of Nic’s hat. Along with the photo, Mrs. Sheridan shares a nice quote from the country music icon.
“‘We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sail.’ – Dolly Parton,” she writes in the post’s caption. She completes the post with a rock out hands emoji and a yellow heart emoji.
As you might expect, Sheridan’s hat brought a lot of attention to the post — like most things Dolly Parton do. One of the most recognizable names in the history of the music industry, Dolly Parton has one of the most impressive artistic resumes the world has ever seen. Several “Yellowstone” chime into the post’s comments section to also express their admiration for Parton. Others ask Nic where she got the hat and where they might also find one for purchase.
“I’ve always loved her music,” a social media user writes. “She is a fantastic woman.”
“Love the hat she is Boss!” another fan writes. “Her charity of a book for every child rocks! You should be pulling a fish over the side of that boat my friend.”
The social media user is referring to Parton’s “Imagination Library” program that provides free books to children.
“Your music tastes are very good,” another “Yellowstone” and Dolly Parton fan proclaims.
While Sunday was a day of relaxation for the Sheridans, it will soon be back to the grindstone for Taylor. With filming for the fourth season of “Yellowstone” presumably complete, the show’s creator has other irons in another fire.
“Yellowstone” is set to return to our television screen this fall and in the meantime, it looks Taylor Sheridan is going to use this time to start filming the first “Yellowstone” spinoff “Y: 1883.”
Reports have recently emerged that the “Yellowstone” prequel will begin production efforts next month. This is backed by recent news that Film Fort Worth put out a call for crew members only a short time ago. There isn’t an exact timeline for when the spinoff series will be ready to go but it should be sooner than later.
