“It ain’t about the money Walker it’s about the trust.” It may not be all about the money for Rip Wheeler, son of John Dutton and ranch hand on the show “Yellowstone,” but the actor behind him, Cole Hauser, makes a good amount portraying him.

While it may be free of cost for Hauser to be one of People’s Sexiest Men Alive this year, his acting role has given him decent money.

There are no exact figures available for how much Hauser makes in the role. However, his Celebrity Net Worth is around $9 million.

For reference, the show’s biggest star, Kevin Costner, makes an estimated $500,000 each episode as John Dutton. However, Costner is also getting top billing for his lead role and his achievements like being a two-time Oscar winner.

According to Express, although there are no figures available Hauser is one of the main characters on the show. This means he’s likely making a couple hundred thousand per episode.

This also takes into consideration that “Yellowstone” has become one of the top shows in the U.S. since it started. This means everyone probably had a pay increase since the beginning of the show.

Lead Roles for Hauser

This has been the star’s biggest role. He has been in “2 Fast 2 Furious” and “Good Will Hunting.” He also has had TV roles in “Rogue” and “The Lizzie Borden Chronicles.”

His newest role is in the movie “The Last Champion.” The movie will be available for widespread streaming on Tuesday, Dec. 8.

It is about a disgraced athlete who returns to their hometown after an Olympic run. He then begins working with the high school wrestling program.

I think this is a great time for the movie to come out right around the holidays. It is a story about success and about redemption,” Hauser said in an interview with KGET.

The movie was filmed prior to the pandemic, but is another huge role that the star can put under his belt.
