One of the most popular and watched television shows today, “Yellowstone” continues building its massive fan base.

Yellowstone is currently on hiatus as fans patiently, or not so patiently, await the upcoming and long-anticipated fourth season. Show executives are planning on the new season beginning early this summer. June looks like a strong possibility for a premiere date.

In the meantime, Yellowstone fans are getting their fix by taking to internet message board sites. Entire forums on several online sites are full of nothing but Yellowstone talk. These include theories, speculation and reviews of previous seasons and episodes.

It is every Yellowstone fan’s dream to visit the ranch and take up the cowboy lifestyle made appealing by the hit series. While you can’t become a cowboy overnight, you can take an overnight trip to the Dutton Ranch if you’re in the mood for a getaway.

The Dutton Ranch makes its home in Darby, Montana at an actual ranch known as the Chief Joseph Ranch. Much of Yellowstone is filmed at this location and now the Chief Joseph Ranch is offering fans a chance to rent an overnight stay at one of two cabins residing on the property.

The Chief Joseph Ranch offers visitors breathtaking views of the Montana mountains and wilderness. The local wildlife is bounty and perfect for any outdoor enthusiast looking to a remote getaway. The historic landmark is in Montana’s Bitterfoot Valley near Yellowstone National Park.

According to its website, the ranch has been featured in numerous articles and publications. Architectural Digest, American Log Homes, the outdoor show, the New York Post and the New York Times have all done features on the ranch.

Yellowstone Fans Can Rent Cabins Used on Show

According to Country Music Nation, The ranch rents out two cabins that are used in filming the show. The Ben Cook Cabin (Rip’s cabin in season 1 and Casey’s cabin in season 2) and the Fisherman’s Cabin (Lee’s cabin in Season 1 and Season 2) are available for rent.

Each of the two cabins has a full kitchen can sleep eight guests comfortably. The Dutton mansion, where John Dutton makes his home, is unfortunately not available for rent.

There are plenty of outdoor activities available to Yellowstone Fans visiting the ranch. Fishing, hiking and horseback riding are just a few of the outdoor pursuits that guests can participate in.

Unfortunately, the Chief Joseph Ranch is also completely out of reservations for the 2021 season. However, there will soon be opportunities to book a reservation for the 2022 season. Ranch owners say reservations dry up fast so the sooner the better for your chances at staying on the ranch.

Yellowstone follows the activities of the Duttons, a powerful Montana ranching family. The show also revolves around the Dutton’s desire to protect their ranch and their way of life as they do battle with those who want to claim their property as their own.
