‘Yellowstone’ TV: New Series Actor Finn Little Posts ‘Fabulous’ Night Shoot Pic Ahead of Season 4

We’ve got more behind-the-scenes pics coming in from “Yellowstone” newcomer Finn Little. The Australia-based actor gave viewers a sneak peek of a night shoot yesterday on his Instagram.

Little’s posted several updates of Season 4 of the Paramount Network show. Last night’s pic featured crew members rigging up some sort of light shade, with a bright overhead light behind it. The sky and clouds are darkening in the background, and the Montana mountains are just a low silhouette.

The “Yellowstone” actor captioned the picture, “TBT: 2020 – Working long into the night during a global pandemic with a fabulous crew. Grateful for each and every one of them.” He then tagged the photo with a series of hashtags, including #worththewait #tvproduction #filmproduction #filmfamily #onlocation #onset.

According to the official Instagram page of Chief Joseph Ranch, which is the set of “Yellowstone,” filming wrapped last November. But it looks like the new season won’t premiere until this coming October or November.

In July, “Deadline” announced Little’s casting on the show as Carter, “a youth reminiscent of a young Rip (Cole Hauser), whom the Duttons gave a home. Here, Beth decides the ranch is the best place to teach the youth how to be a man.”

Little will be joined by fellow newcomers Jacki Weaver, Piper Perabo, and Kathryn Kelly. Little’s signed on as series regular while the other three are recurring characters.

Where Else Have You Seen These ‘Yellowstone’ Season 4 Newcomers?

For only being 15 years old, Finn Little already has an impressive acting resume. This year alone, he’ll premiere in “Yellowstone” as well as an episode of “Harrow”. And this past May, the film “Those Who Wish Me Dead” premiered featuring Little alongside Angelina Jolie, Nicholas Hoult, and Jon Bernthal. “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan actually directed the film, working closely with Little.

In the last few years, the Australian actor also appeared in “2067,” “Reckoning,” “Angel of Mine,” and “Tidelands.”

Newcomer Kathryn Kelly also played a big role in the TV series “Nashville” and “The Originals.” On “Yellowstone,” she plays “a vet tech who strikes up a relationship with a Dutton ranch cowboy,” according to Deadline.

You might’ve seen Piper Perabo on “Covert Affairs,” “Angel Has Fallen,” or the “Cheaper by the Dozen” movies. She’ll star as “a protester from Portland” on “Yellowstone.” Apparently, Perabo’s character is “against the state-funded police force that protects industrialized farming and the killing of animals.”

Last, but certainly not least, is Jacki Weaver. You’ll know Weaver from hit films “Silver Linings Playbook” and “Animal Kingdom.” She also joined Sandra Bullock in “Bird Box” and James Franco in “The Disaster Artist.” Her “Yellowstone” character is Caroline Warner, the CEO of Market Equities. She’s “trying to crush the hold that John Dutton (Kevin Costner) has on his sprawling Montana ranch.” We’ll see how successful she is in the coming seasons.
