Are you a fan of “Yellowstone”? Are you a fan of actor and country music star Ryan Bingham? Do you have $2.45 million to spend on a beautiful California home?
If your answer to those questions is “yes,” then the estate Bingham just put up for sale in Los Angeles just might be the home for you.
According to the Los Angeles Daily News, the “Yellowstone” star’s home is located on a hillside in Topanga. The home was constructed in 1947 and is 2,394 square feet. The property is just under one acre. Bingham and his wife, Anna Axster, purchased the home in 2013. They reportedly paid $1.36 million for the property.
Sotheby’s International Realty is handling the sale of the “Yellowstone” star’s residence.
The house reportedly has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is described as having an open floor plan. The house also has an eat-in kitchen. It comes with Brazilian soapstone countertops, a pantry, and high-end appliances. The kitchen leads into the dining room. The living room includes a fireplace.
The master suite and two other bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite also has dual closets, as well as a bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a show. There is also an office nook in the master suite. There is also a balcony.
‘Yellowstone’ Actor’s Property Also Includes a Guest House
In addition to the main house on the “Yellowstone” actor’s property, there is also a two-story guest house. This guest house was once a garage, but was converted. It contains one bedroom and one bathroom.
Also outside the home of “Yellowstone” star Ryan Bingham, there are areas for entertaining. The residence also has views of the mountains around it. Those mountains are also visible from the living room of the main house.
The property is also gated. The listing describes it as “one-of-a-kind; a hard to find gem.”
In addition to his role as the character of Walker in “Yellowstone,” Ryan Bingham also has an Academy Award to his name. He did not win it for acting, however. He and T Bone Burnett won the Oscar for best original song for “The Weary Kind.” This track was the theme song for the film, “Crazy Heart,” which starred Jeff Bridges. Bingham also played the character of Tony in that 2009 film.
Bingham appeared on “Yellowstone” from 2018 through 2020. Fans of the show are greatly anticipating its return to the small screen later this year. These days, fans are hoping that the show will debut its fourth season in November 2021.
There has also been good news regarding the “Yellowstone” spinoff, “Y: 1883.” Film Fort Worth recently posted on social media that crew members are needed.
