With a new season of “Yellowstone” comes some major changes. Joining the cast for Season 4 is teenage Australian actor Finn Little.
After delays and much waiting, there’s finally good news “Yellowstone” fans. At the very least, we get to learn about the new additions to the cast. Nothing can offset the bummer of having to wait until the fall for new episodes. But we might as well make the most of the information we have.
Finn Little is a talented young actor set to play a character named Carter. He is reportedly taken in by the Dutton’s after Beth decides that the ranch is the best place for him to grow up. According to Deadline, the new character is “reminiscent” of Rip Wheeler as a youth. He joins “Nashville” star Kathryn Kelly who is arriving in Season 4 as a veterinary technician.
Finn Little’s Acting Background
Even though he was only born in 2006, Little already has a surprising amount of experience to his name.
Taylor Sheridan diehards will recognize the Season 4 “Yellowstone” addition from his role as Connor in the recent Angelina Jolie-led film “Those Who Wish Me Dead.” The movie, which premiered on HBO Max, sees Angelina Jolie play a troubled smokejumper who crosses paths with a hunted kid named Connor, played by Little.
The film was directed and co-written by Sheridan himself, which undoubtedly set up a great working relationship between Little and the “Yellowstone” creator. The kid is truly a talent to behold in the movie, and we’re willing to bet that fans of the show will be pleased with his inclusion in Season 4.
But besides the 2021 movie, what else can Finn Little have possibly done in his relatively short career? You’d be surprised. He already has four feature-length film credits to his name. To include the 2020 sci-fi flick from Seth Larney, “2067.”
Beyond that, Little has held recurring roles on TV shows “Reckoning” and “Tidelands.” At 15 years old, the Season 4 “Yellowstone” newcomer already has a full career going for him.
More Speculation from ‘Yellowstone’ Fans About Season 4 Delay
The “Yellowstone” Season 4 premiere has officially been delayed. Fans of the hit Paramount show now have to wait until Fall to discover the fates of their favorite characters.
As a result, the rumor mill has been hard at work over the past few weeks. Many have speculated that the show is worried about competing for viewership with the Olympics. There are also concerns about whether or not the show will have to worry about NFL competition come Fall. But now fans are wondering if there are some streaming rights legalities at play.
Fans of “Yellowstone” know that show airs on the Paramount Network. The episodes will also be available to watch on Paramount+, the company’s streaming service. And if the past is any indication, NBC’s streaming service, Peacock, will have to wait until the season is finished to start carrying the episodes.
