On Friday (November 12th), the crew of Paramount Network’s Yellowstone took to the show’s Instagram account to share wide advice alongside a stunning photo of RIp Wheeler.
“If you see this man with a cooler, walk the other way,” the Yellowstone crew shared in the post.
As previously reported, Yellowstone’s fourth season premiere saw ratings soar to 14.7 million linear viewers in the Nielsen’s L3 ratings last Sunday (November 7th). Variety revealed that the number of viewers did not include any boosts from streaming services.
Following the news about Yellowstone’s ratings, Chris McCarthy, President and CEO of MTV Entertainment Group, spoke about the show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan, and his effect on the Paramount Network. “Taylor has created a cinematic experience that our remarkable cast led by Kevin Costner brings to life in a way audiences can’t get enough of and we are excited to deepen our relationship with him.”
McCarthy went on to reveal that Mayor of Kingstown and the Yellowstone spin-off 1883 are first up from Sheridan’s exclusive multi-year pact with MTV Entertainment and ViacomCBS.
‘Yellowstone’ Star Kelly Reilly Opens Up About the Relationship Between Beth Dutton & Rip Wheeler
During a May 2021 interview with Deadline, Yellowstone star Kelly Reilly discussed the dynamics between Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler. “Beth and Rip are soulmates and have been since they met,” Reilly declared. She also said both Beth and Rip are tough and hard-headed.
“They provide a safe haven for quiet, peace, and love. [Beth] doesn’t have that with anyone else in the show,” Reilly goes on to further explain. The Yellowstone castmate then noted that viewers see Rip and Beth with other characters, but when they are together they just bring out a whole “different color” in each other.”
Reilly then added, “It provides a level of healing for Beth. A place for her to rest and lay down her weapons. Rip loves her in a way that’s so unconditional. It’s so beautiful these broken characters are finding some sort of home with each other.”
Cole Hauser, who plays Rip Wheeler, stated that as far as his character’s cones, Beth was his first and only love from when he was 15 years old. “Time stopped for him and he realized how really special she was and what she could give to his life. But he has lost her a lot over time.”
Hauser then shared that he loves what Sheridan has done for the Yellowstone duo. “He made it a slow burn for us and it has taken four years now to investigate each other as people. And how their hearts beat. And it has been a pleasure to do that with Kelly.”
