NSSF Shot Show 2021: What To Expect From This Year’s Digital, On-Demand Firearms Show

This year’s National Shooting Sports Foundation Shot Show is going to look a little different. Because of the current pandemic guidelines put in place by Nevada, the decision has been made to move the convention virtually this January.

Every year, the NSSF and the Shot Show offer in-depth training for businesses operating within the firearms industry the website states. Instead of offering these educational programs in-person, these courses will be online and on-demand.

The online learning environment is going to allow more individuals interested in the industry to participate and get insights into operating successfully within the firearms industry.

How to Participate in Shot Show On-Demand

Four-live sessions are kicking off the on-demand learning experience on January 11. The first topic is covering the import and export of firearms and new regulations. The cost for the program is $50 for NSSF members and $75 for non-members. Click here to register.

Next up, are 8-sessions from January 18 through 20. The courses are covering economic forecasting, compliance issues, marketing, and e-commerce, to name a few. This exclusive Shot Univestity virtual conference will also cover critical issues and share sessions from industry leaders and keynote speakers. Click here to register for this intensive course. It’s $265 for NSSF members and $525 for non-members.

Then 12-live sessions are taking place during January 21-29. These are covering the retail aspect of the industry. Shot Show collected inquires and feedback all year long and took that information to develop these courses. Individuals that have attended a Shot Show as a buyer in 2018, 2019, or 2020 are eligible to register for the on-demand learning. Furthermore, if you are an NSSF member or invited trade-industry media, registering for Shot Show On-Demand will be done automatically.

What Else to Expect From the Virtual Expo

NSSF is providing an on-line platform for industry experts to connect and conduct business this month. As a matter of fact, attendees can learn about various industry aspects. The expo is also offering the opportunity to check out products and retailers digitally.
