SureLock Security just debuted their new state of the art safe, “The Boss.”

The Details Behind SureLock Security’s Latest Creation

“The Boss” is in the Boss Series and is 59 inches in height and 55 inches in width. It has a depth of 28 inches and features multiple types of storage inside like a door panel organizer. The assembled weight is 920 pounds and holds up to 76 guns. It features a 12-gauge steel top and bottom along with 14 gauge steel walls and door.

Your gear will be safe as it has a SecuRam Lock with steel bolts. Further, items will be untouched for 75 minutes in a fire and is waterproof up to two feet for 72 hours. Inside the safe, you’ll also be able to customize the interior to your liking and have a power outlet and USB device.

The new model retails for $1,999.99.

When it comes to the price of a well-rounded safe that has all of the basic features, this is right in the middle. Most safes of this nature average between $1,500-$3,000. SureLock also features four similar safes, but none that have exact same dimensions or amenities.

All About the SHOT Show

The new safe debuted at the 2021 SHOT Show. The official in-person show in Las Vegas was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. Instead, it was held virtually, SHOT Show On Demand.

The SHOT Show is the nation’s largest event for professionals in the sport shooting, hunting and outdoor industries. Roughly 61,000 people gather annually for the event. For those who are waiting for next year’s show, it will be held from January 18-21, 2022.

Professionals can connect with other professionals and businesses at the show. They will be able to attend the virtual trade show with fellow retailers, range operators, law enforcement, armed forces, and companies. Attendees can discover all of the latest new products in their fields from exhibitors from across the country. Their website notes that select manufacturers and service providers can not be found through traditional distribution channels.

The On-Demand version will include a searchable directory with over 2,000 exhibitors along with a new product gallery. Attendees can schedule appointments and virtual meetings with exhibitors. They will also receive daily digital news and publications. Fans can also experience live coverage via Outdoor Channel. They partnered with the Outdoor Sportsman Group to watch product highlights and news on their devices. Additionally, education and training will still take place through computers. SHOT University, retail seminars, along with import and export sessions will take place.

So who can participate? Any NSSF member, invited trade industry media, or SHOT Show attendees from 2018, 2019, or 2020.
