Who's behind the cup
Two guys who spent their careers outdoors.
Outsider was started by Sam Mackey, recently retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service in the SEAL Teams, and Jay Cutler who spent 12 years in the NFL. Neither came from the drinkware industry — they just wanted gear that could actually keep up with them, so they built it.
Every cup sold gives back to the Navy SEAL Foundation, which supports the Gold Star wives of Naval Special Warfare — the families of teammates who didn't come home. That mission is the reason the company exists.
