This mug is marketed to be rugged but it is designed with the pressure relief hole in the top that is permanently uncovered. That means it spills very easily (trust me). Useless mug unless you sit at a desk and don't move. WARNING: if you buy this mug, don't actually use it if you think you might want to return it. Their return policy doesn't allow for returns or refunds if the product is used. I don't know how they think a buyer is supposed to see if they like it unless they try it, but maybe that's how they catch folks.
