Days after wrestling icon Ric Flair revealed that his good friend Hulk Hogan has been experiencing some major health issues, the WWE Hall of Famer is giving his fans an update about his struggles.

“Back to my 9th grade weight 275lbs,” Hulk Hogan declared in the post, which features him frowning and pointing to his arm.

During the debut episode of his new podcast, Woooo Nation, Flair shared details about his friendship with Hulk Hogan. He also spoke about the professional wrestler’s health problems. “He’s having some really bad health issues. But he keeps up with me. We support each other, good and bad.”

Flair then stated when he was in the hospital due to his own health scare in 2017, Hulk Hogan actually came to visit him just to make sure he was ok. “Hulk was gracious. Jimmy Hart was great. I don’t remember seeing them because I was in a coma, but they made the effort to go. Those are the kind of things that mean a lot.”

However, Flair did not reveal what kind of health issues Hulk Hogan is facing. But Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, recently revealed that he has had 25 surgeries over the past ten years. “He’s had both shoulders scoped and he had his whole bicep and his bursa and everything tied up in his shoulder last year.”

Despite the multiple surgeries, Brooke declared that her father is feeling great. “He’s had both of his knees replaced multiple times, I think twice on both. He had his hips done. He’s had his elbow scope. So yeah, he’s had so many surgeries, so he’s done a ton, but this last one that he just had finally was like the winning ticket.”

Sgt Slaughter Reveals How He Got Hulk Hogan to Jump From The Top Rope at WrestleMania VII

According to Inside the Rope, Sgt Slaughter revealed how exactly he was able to convince Hulk Hogan to jump from the top rope. “Before the match, Hogan told me, ‘Sarge, whatever you want brother. I’m following you. Whatever you want, I’m doing.’” Slaughter recalled.

Slaughter then asked Hulk Hogan during the event if he has ever come off the top rope. “He goes ‘What do you mean?’ I said, ‘Have you ever taken a slam off the top rope?’ He goes, ‘Negative.’ I said,’ Well, you are going tonight.’”

Slaughter goes on to add that people still come up to him to this day and say the match he had with Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania was a great match and the best match they have ever saw Hogan in.”That gives you something to put on your chest. That’s like a medal to take someone like Hogan, who didn’t have a whole lot of arsenal.”
