Jeopardy invited five NASCAR drivers to grill contestants about the sport this week. Five drivers provided video clues on Tuesday night’s episode of the perennial game show.

Drivers William Byron, Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, Jimmie Johnson, and Aric Almirola all asked questions in the “NASCAR in Las Vegas” category of questions. The clips were filmed at Las Vegas Motor Speedway during the Cup Series’ recent playoff round there, Fox News said.

Contestants left the category until the very end of the first round and were only able to correctly guess three of the five questions. No one even buzzed in for the $1,000 question, Fox News said.

Think you can answer all of the NASCAR questions? Answers are below the video.

$200

“I’m William Byron; My Number 24 car is a Camaro ZL1 1LE by this automaker.”

$400

“I’m Kevin Harvick; I might have only won one NASCAR Cup Series points race in 2007, but I sure did make it count, winning this event, the Super Bowl of stock car racing, by .02 seconds.”

$600

“I’m Brad Keselowski; during my run for the NASCAR season title in 2012, I decided I wanted to go fast, just like Will Ferrell, and win the Aaron’s 499 at this Alabama superspeedway.”

$800

“I’m Jimmie Johnson; I know a little something about coming in first in the First State, having won 11 times at the International Speedway named for this state capital.”

$1,000

“I’m Aric Almirola; I won the 2014 Coke Zero 400 at Daytona driving for the Number 43 motorsports team of this NASCAR legend on the 30th anniversary of his 200th win that came on the same track.”

Answers:

$200 – Chevrolet

$400 – Daytona 500

$600 – Talladega

$800 – Dover

$1,000 – Richard Petty

Jeopardy contestant gets NASCAR question hilariously wrong

This is the second time in the past week the NASCAR on Jeopardy has trended. The first time, however, was for much more inauspicious reasons.

Last week, Alex Trebek asked the contestants for the “Last name of brothers Kyle & Kurt, cool as “ice” as they finished 1-2 at NASCAR’s Food City 500 in 2019.”

The correct response is “What is Busch?,” but one contestant wagered the answer was “Coors.”

Kurt Busch found it hilarious.

“Coors!!! Haha. I guess that’s better than Kurt and Kyle Leinenkugel.” the Chip Gannassi Racing driver tweeted.

A number of Kurt’s fans replied with their own jokes.

“I was thinking Yuengling!” Damn!” one user joked.
