Paige Spiranac ‘Loves Having Fans Back’ for Golf But Says There’s One Drawback

by Joe Rutland

Count Paige Spiranac among those happy to see fans back attending golf tournaments. She readily admits that but says there’s a drawback, too.

Spiranac took to Twitter to offer an observation about hearing people on the golf course.

This week’s PGA Tour stop has been at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, so one might presume Paige Spiranac has been watching on NBC.

Those are the same types of fans who yell out “You da man!” or the ever-popular “Baba Booey!” that refers to Gary Dell’Abate, longtime producer on “The Howard Stern Show.”

As some people might say, “golf fans are gonna golf fans” while walking behind the ropes cheering on their PGA Tour favorites. It would be nice, though, if some of them would consider changing their phrases. Paige Spiranac probably wishes that, too.

Paige Spiranac ‘Can’t Stop Thinking’ About Tiger Woods

Spiranac joined millions of other golf fans in wishing Tiger Woods well after his auto accident in February.

In a comment made on her Twitter account, she says that she has faith that Woods can make a full recovery. Spiranac offers prayers and well-wishes to him as well as his family and friends.

Woods was involved in a single-car accident on Feb. 23. At the time, Woods was reportedly dealing with multiple lower body injuries. His recovery time is looking more and more like it will be lengthy one.

Woods went through surgeries to repair fractures in his legs. It was a disheartening turn of events for him as he was beginning to look ahead toward possibly competing in The Masters this year. Now Paige Spiranac and all of Woods’ fans simply hope he is able to come back and fully recovery from his accident.

Spiranac Makes More Per Instagram Post Than Woods

When it comes to the world of social media platforms, though, Spiranac is reportedly getting the upper hand to Woods.

According to the 2021 Sport Social Media Rich List, when it comes to Instagram posts she rakes in the cash. Paige Spiranac makes $14,072 per post. Woods and his fellow golfer Rory Mcllroy pick up $11,646 and $10,190, respectively, per IG post.

Paige Spiranac has spent a lot of time building up her social media platforms. When it comes to Instagram, she reportedly has more followers than Woods, McIlroy, NBA champion LeBron James, soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, and NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

She finds a multitude of issues to speak out about on Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms she uses. Recently, Spiranac became an ambassador for sports betting site PointsBet.

It also does not hurt that she, at times, will post different pictures of herself in different outfits. Fans are always looking to see what fashion trend Paige Spiranac will spring on them.
