The business of Brittany Matthews is fitness. And in a Wednesday Instagram post, Patrick Mahomes’ finance showed off her moves.
Dressed in snow leopard leggings, Brittany Matthews was a stunning combo of strength and style in the video she posted. She captioned it: “Full Body Werkkkkkkkk. 10-15 reps, 3-4 Rounds

Just wow. And Patrick Mahomes made a brief appearance in the video to support his soon-to-be wife and mother of his precious daughter, Sterling.
Brittany Matthews loves to show off her post-pregnancy body. A day ago, she posed in a royal blue bikini while riding on the back of a boat. She captioned it “Mom…love that title.”
And on Sunday, she celebrated Mahomes’ first Father’s Day with a collection of photos of baby Sterling. Plus, Brittany Matthews included snaps of the dogs, Steel and Silver. They’re all one big, happy family, humans and canines.
Back in April, Mahomes was talking up fatherhood and what his life meant with Sterling in his life.
“It’s a special thing,” Mahomes said. “You want to be around her as much as possible, so we still take trips here and there, but we’re able to take her with us, luckily enough, and be able to spend time with her as much as we can.”
The two revealed the first photos of Sterling, June 11. Brittany Matthews posted a family photo and captioned it “Hi, my name is Sterling.”
Life Is About to Get Hectic for Brittany Matthews and Patrick Mahomes
Life is about to get more complicated for Brittany Matthews and Patrick Mahomes. That’s mainly because football season is about to start. On Wednesday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced that their training camp starts July 28. The Chiefs will practice in St. Joseph, Mo., on the campus of Missouri Western State University. A year ago, the players stayed home because of COVID-19 precautions as they readied for the season at the team complex. This year, they’ll stay at training camp until Aug. 18, the first regular-season game for Kansas City.
Mahomes and the Chiefs will open against the Cleveland Browns. That means Mahomes, who starred at Texas Tech, will be going up against Baker Mayfield, his old Big 12 foe from Oklahoma. Count on Brittany Matthews being in the stands. She was there at the Super Bowl, wearing high heels and a figure-hugging dress, to cheer on Mahomes against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Matthews gave birth to Sterling days later.
Brittany Matthews and Mahomes met in high school back in Whitehouse, Texas. That’s outside Tyler. Mahomes played for Texas Tech across the state, while Matthews stayed in town, competing for the University of Texas-Tyler soccer team. She tried professional soccer, but moved to Kansas City when the Chiefs selected Mahomes in the first round of the 2017 draft.
She now owns her own fitness business, so showing off her workouts while looking fabulous is all part of what she does.
