Patrick Mahomes Mom Randi Drops New Jet Photo: ‘Need Another Getaway’

The last time we saw Patrick Mahomes he was walking off the field having just lost the Super Bowl to the Tampa Bay Bucs.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback vows to come back better than ever for the 2021 NFL season and we wouldn’t bet against him. The Chiefs once again expect to be a favorite from the AFC conference to contend for a championship. They previously won the Super Bowl in 2020, defeating the San Francisco 49ers in the big game, marking Mahomes first championship win.

The quarterback’s mother, Randi Mahomes, took the Super Bowl loss nearly as bad as her son did. She took to social media to provide words of encouragement to her son and to Chiefs fans disappointed with the loss. Much as Patrick Mahomes did, his mother moved on from the loss and looks to have rebounded nicely. Randi took to social media on Wednesday to proclaim she sees a vacation getaway in her near future.

“Sisters we need another get away!” she writes in the post’s caption space. The lovely ladies appear to be on a private aircraft and enjoying a cold beverage as they head to destinations unknown. Randi Mahomes is on the left side of the photo.

Randi has a sizeable following on social media with more than 78,000 followers on Instagram alone. She has an additional 61,000 social media followers on Twitter. Her Wednesday afternoon Instagram post drew nearly 3,000 “likes” only hours after going live. Many of her followers used the comments section of the post to wish her and her friends a safe trip.

Mother Mahomes often uses social media to support Patrick Mahomes, his team and the fans that love them. She touts her son’s strong faith in an Instagram post after the Super Bowl loss.

After signing the richest contract in National Football League history, the superstar quarterback can provide trips galore for his mother. Last offseason, Patrick Mahomes signed a 10-year contract worth up to $450 million. The contract pays him an average yearly salary of $45 million. He also receives a $10 million signing bonus as part of the contract.
