It is safe to say that Randi Mahomes, mother of Patrick Mahomes, is enjoying the experience of being a grandmother.
Being the mother of a National Football League superstar like Patrick Mahomes certainly comes with its advantages. Sunday, however, was a day to spend with her “babies,” as she puts it. Randi took to social media on Sunday to share a photo of her family and the quality time they got to spend with each other.
The newest addition of Mahomes family, Sterling Skye, isn’t included in the photo but gets a special shout out from grandma Mahomes. The photo includes her three children: sons Patrick and Jackson and daughter Mila. Randi was previously married to former Major League Baseball player Patrick Mahomes, Sr.
Declaring that she is “blessed” with a beautiful family, Randi claims there is nothing better than being around her family.
“Nothing better than hanging with my babies and Sterling Skye!” the proud mother and grandmother says in the posts’s caption.
Randi Mahomes is active on social media and often uses the platform to post inspiring messages and biblical scripture. Her Sunday evening post took in more than 10,000 post and nearly 100 comments. Many commenters used the opportunity to tell Mahomes that she has a beautiful family.
Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews Soaking in Parenthood
Now a couple of weeks old, Patrick Mahomes and his fiancée Brittany Matthews brought their first child into the world on February 20. The baby girl, named Sterling Skye, came into the world weighing six pounds and 11 ounces.
Don’t expect to see photos of little Sterling any time soon as the happy couple says they will hold off until the time is right. Brittany, a fitness expert, recently explains their decision to not put photos of their baby out to the public just yet.
“We will share photos of her when we feel the time is right,” she says. “I know the Internet will instantly take the photos of her and share everywhere so just preparing myself for my newborn baby girl to be shared to the world. Right now we are just soaking in every minute with her.”
Currently enjoying his first offseason as a father, it will soon be back to work for Patrick Mahomes as the 2021 NFL season nears.
