‘The Price is Right’ Plinko Predicts Whether Kansas City Chiefs or Tampa Bay Buccaneers Will Win Super Bowl LV

by Clayton Edwards

Super Bowl LV is right around the corner. Football fans everywhere are gearing up for the big game. Nearly everyone is trying to predict the outcome. As you can imagine there are cases to be made for either team taking the Lombardy Trophy. They’re both champion-level teams. Thankfully, for those of us who don’t want to spend the time crunching the numbers, Drew Carey has a very scientific approach to picking a winner. He took all of the guesswork out of it for us.

In a video shared on Twitter, Drew Carey plays Plinko to pick the Super Bowl LV winner. Be sure to check out the video before you make your bets and settle in for the big pregame show before the game tomorrow.

The video shows host Drew Carey showing off his “scientific” method for picking the Super Bowl LV winner. As the video starts, Carey stands at the head of the modified game board, prepared to drop the chips.  The numbers at the bottom of the Plinko board are replaced with the two teams’ logos. Likewise, an image of the coveted trophy sits in the middle, which is blocked off.

Who Will Win Super Bowl LV?

Not only is Carey picking the winner of the big game but he is also showing off the right way to drop a Plinko chip. Most of his chips fall into the center. In fact, had that column not been blocked off, he would have hit the center lane four times out of five.

The first chip falls for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Then, the other four land on Kansas City Chiefs logos. As a result, KC came out on top. The Plinko board has spoken. Kansas City will take home the win at Super Bowl LV.

Drew Carey’s Plinko board isn’t the only one picking the Kansas City Chiefs to take home the win at Super Bowl LV. In fact, many oddsmakers have the Chiefs as favorite to win. Not all see it that way, though, According to NBC Sports, one prominent oddsmaker projected the Buccaneers taking a three-point victory over KC.
