Ronda Rousey & Husband Travis Browne’s Farm: Take a Tour of the Incredible Browsey Acres

“What started as just 2.4 acres in California that Ronda Rousey, Travis Browne, and their beloved crew of animals have lived on since 2017 is now an experience that you can also become a part of,” lauds the official site of Browsey Acres.

While the most passionate of Rowdy fans may know, most are unaware that the former UFC and WWE superstar has traded the ring for ranching. And not in a small way, either. In fact, Rousey and her husband, Travis Browne, have begun a sustainable meat empire.

“The Browsey Acres mentality is simple: By purchasing our Fullblood Wagyu meat, you are making the life-changing decision of taking emotional responsibility for where your food comes from,” their site emboldens.

For Browsey Acres, this is what it’s all about. “That one of a kind feeling is something special,” and one they wish to share with the world.

Ronda Rousey’s new life’s calling is on full display below as she introduces the farm alongside husband Travis:

The Sustainable Vision of Ronda Rousey & Travis Browne

Through their introductory tour, Rousey & Browne’s potential customers are led to their official Browsey Acres website. It’s a sharp, fantastically presented browse that shows just how serious these two are about their latest venture. And why shouldn’t they be? It’s a fantastic set of ideals with a market already in place.

As for what Browsey Acres actually does, the sustainable farm takes “all the love and care they put into their Wagyu cows” and delivers it “back to you,” the customer. Indeed, their focus is the beef from their well-taken-care-of Japanese Wagyu cows, which you can see more of below.

In short, Ronda Rousey and her husband are raising Wagyu cattle with “respect, love, and dignity” themselves in order to ensure they, and their customers, “know where their meat comes from.”

Once they have a cow ready to be processed, the meat is then delivered to customers. Customers are selected through a lottery system currently, as Browsey Farms is a small operation.

Healthy Animals = Healthy Food

“Pairing the highest quality of life for the animal with the highest quality genetics leads to the healthiest and highest quality food for our family,” says Ronda Rousey & Travis Browne.

How is the pair accomplishing this? “Our wagyu are all used to being touched and handled to eliminate stress in their daily lives… Fed the highest quality food, and also have their health monitored daily to avoid use of antibiotics,” they continue for consumers.

“Because our first harvest consisted of just three of our steers – Orcus, Vanth and Styx – we’re going to have an extremely limited supply. But we’re happy to sacrifice quantity to our customers for quality of life for our wagyu,” they detail via Browsey Acre’s official Instagram.

In the future, Ronda Rousey says they will also be “scaling up slowly thanks to our partner @snfwagy in Oregon.”

For now, however, only the lottery is available. Well done, Browsey Acres. Here’s to a more sustainable future!
