We use our cups every day. Coffee stays drinkable for long time. It is easy to carry and with the clever flip handle , it is stores easily in cup holders.

The company stands by their product and appreciates their customers. Recently, the handle on one of our cups no longer locked in place. After reaching out to them, they responded immediately. Sent them a video of the issue and a few days later we have a replacement.

I was super excited to get this mug for my husband, it looked like a great rugged mug, but after he used it, he said the handle swiveled out of place way too easily, and the fliptop makes it difficult to drink. Sometimes there’s liquid on it when you open it and it gets on your face, I tried it and had the same problems. It needs to be redesigned or perhaps a button to lock the handle in place would be good and the flip top on top maybe something that slides instead, perhaps ?

I received a defected one. They sent me another one. Still having problems with the lid going on straight. Also the turning handle is a cool idea, but every time you hold it, it moves. I have to hold the cup with two hands, because the handle can’t support the weight with one hand because it wants to turn. I wanted to love it, but I guess I have to go back to my old cup. Please don’t send me a coupon for 15% off. I won’t be purchasing anything else. Right now the lid is on crooked, leaks & I can’t remove it. Had to pour my leftover coffee into my old cup. Maybe my husband can get the lid off.

I got two of these mugs and the pink one no matter if you set it for right or if you set it for left the opening comes to the side and not to the middle so I have to use it just for storing coffee and while it’s cooling for a cold beverage. However, the green one the lid goes on properly and the opening is in the middle so you can actually drink out of it

The colors are as seen on the website. The handle has not been a problem for me, putting it in OK I have to go downstairs my cupholder in my truck
